I have been doing tech support for itunes (PC's and Mac's) and iPods for 2 years and have been in advanced technical support (Tier 2) for one year. If you need help with anything regarding itunes on a mac or PC or your iPod, shoot me a PM, and if your ipod is not workin, I'll see what I can do to get it fixed for a certain price ;)
