@ Spastik - Fluctuates, because of etc uses (Aka maybe internet being used KB at a time more or less a month if not included in your plan, or maybe going over your min.) Very minute fluctuations happen about every 3 months or so, as surcharges and taxes get re-regulated by commissions and such, but that's only penny differences every once in a while...

Which leads me to B) Your bill is high because you're going over your min. Or downloading stuff. Stop it.

@ RunninWild - How old is your phone? Open the battery compartment, there is a small round sticker size of pinky nail or smaller... Is it white or hue of pink? After you take out battery for about two min (While phone is on) and put it back in, lemee know if it still doesn't ring sometimes... Doesn't ring with same person, or randomly with whoever...
