HID Question

I've never paid attention to HIDs really, but I kinda want to do them in my civic..

are these kits horrible?

DDM = the bomb.... every aftermarket part on me BMW is from them pretty much and their kits are great from what I hear.

Their shipping is kinda iffy... it took a week for my coilovers to ship out but the wait was worth it...

im almost positive most of DDM is re-branded stuff.

there are only a handful of HID ballast manufacturers, like 3....so all the kits have basically the same parts, with a different sticker on them bulbs are the same way, they just cut the glass off of the base and glue it into a different one). I have cracked open the cheapest/shittiest kits, and found re-stickered phillips, and motorola stuff inside, so take that for what its worth

Yes DDM is rebranded.... and some isn't but if it's rebranded it's all good quality stuff and not some cheapo ebay crap.

if i remember right... i think harbor freight had an hid kit. i have no idea if its good or not

I did a few searches.. seems like the kits are fail... everyone recommends retrofitting oem into projector headlights for best results...

even the "cheapo ebay crap" is rebranded....like I said, there are only a few manufacturers of these components...granted, when I really looked into it deeply was about a year ago, so there may be some changes now

Question anybody know if you can get HIDS for 240 pop up lights? Or is this a custom fit?
