same car from this thread but with different problem..
http://www.garage208.com/forum/showthread.php?t=513

moneypit got a different head with stock cams/valve train. we put it on today and everything...now the intake cam wont turn past the #3 cylinder. as in, itll go left or right but it will stop on the #3 everytime. its not hitting the piston bc we put it to BDC. the exhaust cam spins freely.

what in the hell is going on?

Does this car have sleeves? Most honda's have them right? Maybe the valve is hitting the sleeve? Maybe the sleeve is moving.

Sounds like you have a stuck closed valve that is stopping the cam from rotating all the way around.

two questions: one, why is it stuck? and two, how do we fix it?

if nothing, i guess it can be used as a nice ornament in the sellers windshield. :)
