I wouldn't think so... seems like a fairly risky thing.

You can modify the stock knuckles, i've seen it done but am unable to find pics at work. I wouldn't advise doing it unless you REALLY trust the dude welding them, since they are cast and require a special brazing process. Just get some tie rod spacers man.

+1 on not cheaping out.
mine are cut and welded but I didnt cheap out on the guy welding them. I paid about 250.00 and had to send them out. They are very well done and very strong.

They make knuckles for your car. They increase the angle along with changing your steering ratio. I'll see if I can find the company.

the only ones i know if is driftspeed for the knuckles i think it would make drifting easier cuz u can get more angle and a lil more grip in the front because u will have better Ackerman so ur tires last a lil longer and improve cornering ability and performance but i just found something else @ http://www.gtfactory.jp/cms/page.php?15 they both sound good

Those are the best knuckles on the market. If you really want something done about yours, and don't want janky shit, get those.

I'd do with the drift speed units. If you go the other way make damn sure the welder who puts it together no what he is doing.

I cut and welded mine. I didn't take out any material. I just cut and welded it to itself in a different position so they are about 1/2" shorter and the pick-up point for the outer tie rod is about 3/4" lower. The first pair I made, I cooled in a bucket of sand, the second pair I made, I cooled in a welding booth.

Haha, only pic I have for reference...

Before this, I had tie rod spacers for about a year and finally ripped the inner tie rod out of the rack. I don't recommend tie rod spacers unless you have aftermarket inners with longer threads.
I didn't gain much angle, but some. The main reason I made these was to stop using the rack spacers. The quicker steering and decrease in ackerman and bump steer were just perks.
