I know this cant be good but how bad is this really what I'm talking about is inside the red box.

The bottom one of course is the good side
Any ideas on how to fix this?

You will be fine... all 240's do it.. i just put a piece a wood under the jack to gain more surface area.

If you really want you can weld up some supports to strengthen that if you want.

and chriffin....not all 240's do it. its the idiotic owners that do it.

yeah id check it every once in awhile to make sure it doesnt get more severe
