My engine has been idling really strange lately especially when i have the lights on. It will drop down to like 600-800 RPM and bounce around and the whole car shakes and with the lights on it will go lower like 300-600 and the lights will begin to flicker... any help would be appreciated texting is welcome the number is below

No the alternator and battery are fine
They were the first thing i checked.

I had read somewhere online that it could be the iaa valve but that doesnt explain the flickering headlights.

Check the brakebooster vacuum line, they are prone to cracking and are hardly noticable. The coolant temp sensor will make it idle weird when they go bad and they are only like 12 bucks. Check those first, the temp sensor will be a noticable different if you haven't changed it yet

Well today the idling became a problem to the point where it was like sputtering and stuff like it wasnt getting fuel while driving and then eventually the idle got so rough it would start then just die. so i replaced the fuel filter that didnt help now it turns over but doesnt start. me and my friends cant hear the fuel pump humming. (which is very easy in my car seeing how there is no carpet or anything to block out the noise) so we think either the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay is whats wrong with it? does anyone agree?

Pull the lines off the rail and see if it primes, and check to see if the relay is clicking. How many miles are on the car? And what parts have you recentely replaced as far as maintenance goes

turned out to be the fuel pump which quit completely on me and my girlfriend in hastings parking lot........
