The Story:

My dad purchased this car for $300 about 4 years ago. It had been sitting in our shop covered in dust for almost a year before I decided that I would like to make it my project and daily driver for my upcoming high school years. The car slowly began to transform over time.

This is amazing. How did you manage the wiring harness? I would love to do this to my outback.

Thanks man. Yeah the harness and the dash were both pretty time consuming. We had to merge the headlights, tailights, power windows, doorlocks, power mirrors, sunroof, compass, windsheild wiper motor, back up lights, and dome lights. That took the most time. But, every part of the harness fit to the chassis like it was meant to be there. Even the clips to hold the harness in place were the same between impreza and legacy. Even 11+ years apart :)

Some more updates:

Took the car apart again and picked up a couple new sponsors. Forced Performance generously sponsored me for a brand new FP Red 8cm oil/water cooled turbo. Also huge thanks to Bearing Services in Portland for all of the machine work on the new built block that will be featuring Arias custom forged pistons, and all of the supporting mods from Brian Crower to work with the new sti heads. There will be more to come over the next few weeks. I am trying to get her all finished up by June, we shall see how everything works out! Sorry I haven't been able to update for awhile, haven't forgotten about you guys lol

Our shop built legacy's took 1st and 2nd at West Coast Subaru Show! I am pretty stoked with the end result. I just need to make the trip out and get some shots with Mirko or fly his ass up to PDX! lol

It will be made out of aluminum, not too thick, I still want a little flexibility. It will bolt to the stock ABS bracket.

Installed a RalliTEK radiator cooling panel today! It is meant for a 02/03 WRX but it fits with the stock '91 brackets pretty nicely!
