Anyone tune 2 strokes?

My cousin had some work done to his 2 stroke Vino (bigger carb , intake , exhaust) and needs it tuned. He needs it done before the 20th

if you can tune a 4-stroke carb, then you can do a 2-sroke the same way

More specific please. When u say exhaust, do you mean he installed a tuned pipe? And when u say bigger carb, what part is bigger, the throat? The jets? What? And intake, did he get it ported? Or a conical filter? Cuz each of those mods will require a different amount of increased fuel flow, by way of bigger jets. I worked for Snake River AHAMAY for 6 months, then got laid off, so if u need some help just lemme know. I would be willing to do the job for a small fee (If it's in the Treasure Valley). 208-921-3818
