i'm starting to see that most of our threads fall into the off topic section. i know this is how a lot of forums are, but i don't see those threads as portraying a good portrait of what we want the site to become.
as we get more car related content submitted, i think we should make the off topic section an optional thing to view. like an option in the user cp.
that way if you hit the new posts button, you're not flooded with oc content to filter through
