Actually last time this error was made, Battle of the Imports issues a cease and desist to Firebird over the use of thier name. So in turn I am protecting Firebird from potentially being sued.

my dad got sued by Honda Of America because he had a Honda "H" emblem (from the hood of a car) screwed to the front counter in his business. he had a lawyer for Honda take pictures of his business and then walk in and serve him with a sease and desist order, along with a lawsuit. so if you dont think people get sued for name's and little shit like that...STFU because you dont have a fucking clue what your talking about.

nope he wasnt using it to promote anything. he has his own trademarked logo...he had it screwed to the front desk. he didnt do anything wrong. even his lawyer said that. but Honda Of America was pissed because he took more than 60% of Miller Stephan Honda's business away when he opened his shop (main reason why it was sold to Larry Miller) bottom line, HOA lawyers had way more time and money than my dad, so he took the stupid emblem off. its not trademark infringment no matter how you paint the picture. not the same thing here. As long as it's not a legal document, or something that will bring that person income for doing such thing you are pretty much limited to just asking the person nicely to change the name or the title of their document. Past that point there is nothing that we can initiate or do.
