Stopped by bronco motors with microsteve yesterday do grab a filter for his Z...
and what did we see sitting in the service lanes...

the car is BA....
they had another one in the main service area also

The salesman showed us all the new features of the car even parked it right next to steves Z so we could compare...
told us to come back when it was a bit nicer for a test drive....
I can't wait to see one of these in red.... :)

It looks the same way as the front... Constipated.
Motor wise I can't wait to see what it can handle but yet again I'm depressed it isn't boosted.

It's performance should be pretty sweet, but the head lights, tail lights, and front bumper still bother me. It's growing on me though.

This might change some people's opinions of these cars. This is just a photoshop, but you can see what the car would look like slammed on some nice rims (Work Meister S1 in this photo).

Is it just me or does anyone else see the obvious resemblance to the 240-280Z in the rear quarter area? Much much more than the 350 ever did.

I know its supposed to be the modern version of it..... But the likeness to me is very nice. They are growing on me alot more than I thought they would. Lowered with a set of 19" Wantanabe's ........ mmmm

The car is amazing in person.
Way more 280 looking. They are so much smaller

I reserved judgement because I knew tuners were going to come out with some beautiful kits for this car. Just getting the bubmper cleared up like in this concept makes a world of difference, I'm sure I'll end up liking it more than the 350z now because of all the new technology available and of course the motor is that much better.

The photoshop changes perspective a bit more for me, but the headlights still bug me.

there is no such car as the 270z...there was a 240z, a 260z, and a 280z(zx)(t)....they refer to the engine size, a 270z would be a 2.7L and datsun/nissan never made one (that is a non-existant body style). If one did exist it would be a non-factory car, or one of the 3 models I listed that someone did an engine swap/stroke in (thats what my car is... a 240z with a 5.8L motor in it)

there is too lol
datsun/nissan NEVER made a 270z.....you are wrong, anyone claiming to have one is as well (unless it was made by someone other than datsun/nissan)

Gawd I love everything about them except the lights. Nissan needs to calm down with the extreme headlights cause they are just getting worse and worse.

I like the 370Z up until you get to the door and look down the hood and see those light bulges...blew. But that's a small grip in an otherwise sweet looking car. The more I see in real life the better they look.
