NEED HELP: Air conditioner

So, as of lately, whenever I turn my vent/AC system on, it smells nasty!!! This just started happening about... eh, 2 weeks ago. At first I thought it might be something from outside that was smelling gross, and then it just kept up. It only happens the initial 10-15 minutes, and then either I get used to the smell, or it goes away. The only info I've found is fungus/mold in the evap core.

Any ideas on what else could be the cause, or what I can do for a solution? Its still under warranty, so I can take it into the dealership, no problems... I would just prefer not dealing with them until I have a serious problem as they have already pissed me off numerous times.

The problem is this....... Moisture builds up on the a/c evaporator and when you shut the car off it gets warm inside, which leads to bacteria. When you start it up and turn the fan on you get the foul smell for awhile. I have some stuff to spray in there to kill the bacteria. The way to prevent this is to turn the a/c to outside air instead of recirc for a few minutes before you shut the car off, this dries out the moisture built up on the evaporator.
