Make sure and get directions. They have the ability to boil off paint if held in one place too long. Trust me on that.

that didnt go so well.
directions say best to use a a tool that can spin between 3200-4000rpm. i used a drill that maxes out at 900rpms and it took the paint off right away..not even worm. lol my dad tried doing it old school but the heat gun melts the paint away. this thing is a capital POS!!! im gonna have to repaint everything below the molding line. woohooo! :greddy2:
i snapped a few cellphone phone pics that im about to upload.

did some work on this thing today..
got the downpipe to fit by cutting more then half of it off..now it ends right under the cross member...extra loud!
then i found out my radiator doesnt like the new dp angle..tried moving it but the intercooler piping is in the way!
now, i need new intercooler piping!
and to top it all of, my shitty oil line striped itself and the fitting i waited four weeks to get!!
just my luck, what can i do? ha
carfreak
02-04-2009, 01:21 AM
lol you waited 4 weeks for a oil line? why not go down to andy's?
zex_cool
02-04-2009, 01:23 AM
nooo, you idiot! i waited 4 weeks for a very special fitting that is required for a very special turbo i have! ha, retard!
plus, fuck andys, thats where i got this oil line. they used bras instead of stainless and thats why it stripped!

Also dont forget about fluid connectors in Meridian. I always seem to have better luck there on finding fittings.

haha its an ok size, i forget the dimensions but nothing huge. i do have a HUGE spearco IC at the shop that i could use but its not mine and it would be a bitch to install.
