I have been meaning to build a REAL intake for my turbo setup (currently using ghetto plastic pipe, doh!)... I need the following...

1 90* or two 45* 3" aluminum pipe
1 straight, ~18" 3" pipe
2.5" > 3" silicone reducer (blue preferred, but whatever)

U bends will take some searchin! Straights for free. Before you go buck wild my boss said I could have some sheet alum. and i'll roll you a true cone instead of a hacked and welded pipe. What do you think its your choice? One long seam would be much cleaner to weld than multiple seams. Though you can do yours how you want to I think i'll try mine this way. I can get in the shop on Saturdays I'm sure!

i have a intake pipes like the ebay ones mandrel 3 in like s bend and maybe a 90* on the other pipe. new had them for years if you want to my number is 208 681 8155 and i can send you a pic

Mac, I might have you roll something from 3" to 4"... that would work nicely ;)

Do you know how to lay out a cone or do you need my help. Just use exact dimentions transferred to cardstock or paper.
